How to register your child for lessons: Please email the following information to SwimWithJennifer@gmail.com:
1. Parents names and address.
2. Phone numbers for both parents and best times of day to reach you.
3. Name, sex, DOB and age of each child you wish to register.
5. Prior swim lessons: when?/where?
6. Health issues, if any, that your child experiences (especially: history of seizure, asthma/breathing issues, heart issues, any special needs).
7. Optimal days of week/times of day for your child’s lessons. (My teaching days are Wednesdays through Saturdays, 11am-7pm).

I schedule students on a first-come-first-served basis, so once you’ve emailed me your registration information, you are now in the queue. I’ll call you and we will set up a schedule for your child’s lessons. I can’t guarantee you’ll receive your ideal lesson dates/times, but the more flexible you’re able to be the more likely it is I’ll be able to fit your child into my schedule.
Once we’ve established a schedule for your child, I’ll email you a PayPal invoice for each child, which consists of: payment for the first 2 lessons($75 per lesson). The total down payment for lessons will be $150 per child. The deposit will be credited toward your final balance. On your child’s last lesson, I’ll email you a final invoice.
*Your lesson schedule will be confirmed only after I’ve received your deposit payment. If the deposit payment is not received within one week of invoicing, scheduled lessons will be cancelled.
*AFTER your schedule is confirmed and down payment received, there will be an additional $20 fee for changing/re-arranging of schedule for ANY reason. There will be a FULL CHARGE on all NO SHOWS or lessons cancelled after 9am the day of a scheduled lesson.
Because my swimming school is a “one woman show,” my schedule will fill up very quickly. I encourage parents to email me as soon as possible, so as to get on my scheduling queue.
